Northrop Grumman needed to hire over 80,000 highly talented people to do some of the most important and challenging work in the world.
But due to the nature of Aerospace & Defense companies, people didn’t really know what happens behind those classified doors. They were losing out on top talent to companies like Facebook and Google.
We created a social media comedy series, that gave people a look behind those normally classified doors and shows that at Northrop Grumman, the ordinary is extraordinary.
We’ve produced over 100 videos, dropping a new one every week for over two years.
